Monster

Monster lives a solitary life foraging on his favorite flower roots in the purple fields and forested canyons of an area of the Sacred Flower called Violetville. With his one tooth he pokes a hole in the fruit-like roots and drinks the juice. He is happy to be left alone, or so he says. He has a gruff attitude, he is stubborn, but also kind hearted.

He meets Joh accidentally and at first seems a formidable character. As Joh explains his mission, Monster begins to feel for him and decides to help Joh through Violetville, which proves to be much more challenging than either of them expect…
